“Dopper” is a registered trademark of Coding Ideas SAPI de CV.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Dopper, a platform operated by Coding Ideas SAPI de CV. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

Dopper is an all-in-one commerce platform that includes point of sale, online store and marketplace, offered as a monthly subscription (SaaS).

2. Account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must use the service lawfully and not infringe third-party rights.

3. Plans, billing and trial

The service is billed monthly according to the published pricing. We offer a free trial; after it ends, the subscription is charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle; amounts already charged are non-refundable except where the law requires.

4. Payments to merchants

Money from your sales does not pass through Dopper: you connect your own payment accounts (Stripe, Mercado Pago, PayPal, etc.) and receive funds directly. Each provider applies its own fees. Dopper is not a payment processor and does not hold your funds.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of your catalog, customers and content. You grant us the license needed to host and display it in order to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws (including tax and consumer-protection laws).

6. Intellectual property

“Dopper” and its logos are registered trademarks of Coding Ideas SAPI de CV. The platform, its software and design are the property of the company. No rights are granted other than the use of the service under these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Coding Ideas SAPI de CV is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, nor for failures of third-party providers (payments, shipping, hosting). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to the event.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law. Upon termination you may export your data within a reasonable period.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the city of Querétaro, Querétaro, waiving any other jurisdiction.
